• YOU MUST PAY A $15 DEPOSIT UPON BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL CAUSE YOUR BOOKING TO BE CANCELLED!!! *Your deposit will not towards your service, this is to secure your appointment*
• DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING PLANNED FOR THE DAY AS I AM NOT A FAST STYLIST. Appointment times are accurate!!
• You must come washed and blow dried as I am unable to do so.
• If you are booking for any silk press services or braids, please come product free for the best results.
• The address will be sent to you 24 hours before you’re scheduled appointment.
• Please let me know if you will be driving to the appointment or taking the bus as some accommodations will need to be made.
• If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know 24 hours in advance. Failing to do so will result in you not getting your deposit back.
• If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Your remaining balance can be paid through cash, CashApp, Zelle, or Venmo.
• If the days aren’t available on the website then they are booked and unavailable.
• If you have a cold or cold like symptoms, please reschedule or refrain from booking.
• There is a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes you will be notified that your appointment has been canceled.
• For safety reasons, no extra guests will be allowed!
